McDonald's Sued Over Woman's Naked Buns

McDonald's is known for its cheap meat -- but after a bad trip to the burger joint, one guy's wife allegedly became cheap meat.

McD's just got served by a guy who allegedly left his cell phone -- which contained nude photos of his wife -- at the Arkansas restaurant, only to find the nude pics posted online.

Phillip Sherman was assured by employees they'd keep the phone safe, yet the photos -- along with Sherman's phone number and address -- somehow found their way onto the Internet.

The couple claims they had to move to a new house to get away from his wife's new stalkers. Sherman wants 3 mil for their troubles.

31. No way he should get anything. This whole ridiculous episode is nobody's fault but his own. What a tool.
And Richard Sunia, you are also a tool.
Please stop giving the rest of us Obama supporters a bad name.

32. Ok I live in the area this occured at. One the manager called a relative whose number was on the phone told them he would secure it. The guy called on his wifes cell phone again the manager said its secure. If the images were sent after the first call was made the Manager and Franchise owner is liable because they took responsibility to secure the phone. It will be really easy to see where the data aka photos were sent to through phone records-(and they already have those records thus why the lawsuit)-- if its a emplyee they are screwed or even a friend of the employee because a good attorney could show that there is reason to beleive they were acting together or if the transmission occured after they took control of the phone again they are screwed. Was it dumb for the guy to keep the photos on his phone yes.... In answer to Just my two cents the reason they KNOW they were on the internet is because the wife was recieving obnoxious and threatening phone calls abt it--- remmber whoever had time to send the images to their email or other phone also had access to the guys phone list.... Get your facts straight anyone who wants to find out the gist of what TMZ failed to show can look it up on the local online newspaper Northwest Arkansas Times--- there is more to the story then what TMZ reported. One of the reasons I dont eat at this MsDonalds located on sixth street in Fayetteville is because they hire alot of college kids who I wouldnt even let walk my dog....And they are always acting shady

33. Sounds like a setup. Leave your phone with nude pictures of your wife. Call and tell them you left it and where. Make them promise to keep it safe. Pick up the phone and post the pictures online and get 3 million.
Why didn't I think of this......hey babe lets go to Burger King after I take some pictures of you.

34. I have to agree with the posters that believe that there is something fishy going on here (and I don't mean a McFishwitch). It's a scam and I hope Mayor McCheese doesn't give them a dime.

37. What a stupid person, you would not have naked pictures of the wife on the cell phone? Why aren't you careful with the cell phone? McDonald's is fast food, and guess what: you just got fasted!

38. This was a set up. HE said he left his phone at McD's and THEY said they would safe keep it.

What's to say McD's did safe keep it and HE is the one who put the photos on line.

Smells like poop to me.

39. Sounds like a scam, guy leaves his phone at mcdonalds, uploads pics online with own details, sues for 3 million during a economic downturn so they can move somewhere else.

40. Hey #14 did you consider that those very same rights apply to Mac's employees and Mac itself? How about someone proves who posted the pix and where they came from first? Perhaps we need another round of litigation reform - OBAMA are you listening?

41. The solution is stop going to McDonald's

42. I don't think McD should be sued. They are not responsible for him leaving his stuff there, knowing anybody could pick it up. Besides, how does he know McD employees did it?? Someone else could have and just turned in the phone later. It's just like that lady that sued for being burned with hot coffee. I can't believe a judge allowed it. Everyone knows coffee is hot, don't put it up on the dash and drive away.....get some cup holders, dumbass.

43. Well, my first take on Mr. Sunia is he's a lawyer (or should be.) And how did this all of a sudden become Bush's fault? True, most things over the past 8 years have been but this is really a stretch.

This guy with the phone is obviously someone with great potential to become a Darwin Award nominee. He certainly has all the qualifications, he's just not dead yet. Give it time.

I agree with Just My Two Cents. It sounds like a scam and if it is, it will come out. Then he'll be able to hang those nude pictures on his jail cell wall.

44. I think everyone who actually saw the pictures should file a class action suit for pain and suffering and post traumatic stress.

45. They should sue. They called about the phone and the idiot employees not only post the photos on the internet but published the guy's phone number and name so now they have crazies calling and showing up at their house. Crazy people are out there, their life could be in danger. He should have sued the employees involved personally.
