The title is clever, but the picture simply does not prove the nose picking incident...it's like that episode of sinefield where jerry was really cratching one side of his nose, but the girl saw it from the other side and assumed he was picking his nose. This one is not even close...he's totally just scratching the other side!

Geez, TMZ, get a friggin' life.

I love Robert Patrick. I remember when he was a regular on X-Files in the last season, and I thought they could have EASILY kept that show going with he and Gillian Anderson. They had great chemistry. Or even he and Annabeth Gish. I was OVER David Duchovny by that point. Still am.

Fast5-the parenthetical makes your joke totally lose its punch. I only opened the comments in the hopes of seeing something from that Seinfeld episode ("it wasn't a pick, it was a scratch!") but you ruined it with the explanation. Seinfeld fans would have understood just the comment alone. Sheesh.
