Although I totally agree with you that Brit is a skank...those are probably daytime driving lights, most new cars have them now. But it doesn't change the fact that she should not be driving! I agree with previous poster - if she tells the court that she is mentally incompetent and cannot care for herself, she should not be driving on the roads!
