LC's two-story, 3,000 sq. ft. "Hills" home in West Hollywood is now available for rent. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, swimming pool, an Audrina Patridge-less guest house and two fireplaces full of old scripts.

3. She is doing the smart thing, with the market right now, it would be hard to sell, so why not keep it as investment property and buy a more private house for you. Do the smart thing LC keep the house as a investment and rent it out make some more money.

12. I love this area of the hood. Very quiet neighborhood. Feel sorry for whomever rents it. Lots of fans will want to crash your pad. There are now about 15 security cameras on the front of this crib, along with enough flood lights to light a football field.
