4. So she is suing after the fact that she knew he was drinking all night and SHE still made the decision to get in the car with him? I am against drunk driving but at the same time she's suing for her bad choices?

So she chose to get in a car with someone she claims had been drinking all night, she didn't offer to drive, or stay with the people she was with, or call a cab to take them both whereever they were going to do whatever they were going to do. SHE CHOSE TO GET IN THAT CAR! She isn't intitled to anything in my opinion.

Demaris Meyer apperently wasn't too concernd with the alcoholic beverages the he consumed "through out the course of dinner and afterwards" or she would have never stepped in the vehicle with Mr. Freeman. Seems to me her only concern is getting paid. I believe she should face charges for aiding in a DUI. Because she got in the car with him completely aware that the was intoxicated, how does she even have a case?

12. This lady sounds like a typical star-effer scumbag. She's trying to hit the lottery and turn a miracle that nobody was killed into a big fat payday at Mr Freeman's expense. I'm sure if this lawsuit gets dismissed, the next one will be that he tried to rape her or offered her cocaine or whatever crap her ambulance chasing friends will try to make stick.

13. How can she win this case when she willingly got into the car when she knew he had been drinking? I wonder if he took the alcohol test after the accident. Drinking and driving is irreponsible but willingly getting into a car with a drunk driver instead of driving yourself or the both of you is stupid too.
