Just a status report: Police are still tying up loose ends in the Chris Brown investigation. The L.A. County D.A. does not have the case for review -- at least not yet.
The D.A. sent the case back to the LAPD last month to further investigate the allegation that Brown made criminal threats against Rihanna.
We just checked with the D.A. -- the LAPD has not presented the case to them.

2. Chris Brown is a pathetic little boy who obviously doesn't know how to treat women. As for Rihanna, she is just as pathetic as that loser if she decides to go back to that. It would send a horrible message to her fan base (young women and girls) who look up to her. She's basically telling them its ok for a guy to slap you around a little bit as long as he gives you an ipod afterwards.

5. I won’t be surprise if they are back together because their young and dumb. I really think this is a publicity stunt but you can’t be to sure, with celebrities. I really think that they should go their separate ways, because if they get back together, their careers will never be the same. The sad thing about this situation is Chris’s mother and Rihanna dad is not trying to talk any sense into their kids head, they’re saying what ever their decision is, I support them. What the F**K is that??? They should be trying to tell them to move on with there lives and forget this puppy love, because in 5 years you will see things differently and may regret or learn from this situation. Look, I really can care less but I am so over this crap, that I am never supporting ether one of them ever again, they lost a fan in me and they might loose more, if they don’t wise up and fast.

7. Rihanna is setting a bad example for other women... and even men. By reuniting with Brown, she is saying that his actions were acceptable to her. She needs to dump him and show other women, who are beaten by their significant others, that they do not have to put up with it any longer.

9. Supposedly once a domestic violence allegation is made and the police are involved the prosecution is done by the DA. It should not matter whether Rihanna wants to see Chris Brown go to jail or not! Woman recant their testimony all the time in domestic violence cases either because of economic fears (their loss of income because a spouse is in jail) or fear of retaliation. Just because Chris Brown is a public figure does not mean he should be let off. Prosecute the dude!
