TMZ viewers should know intelligent Arizonans consider Sheriff Joe a huge and continuing embarrassment.

Also, a safety hazard. Anyone near a camera when Sheriff Joe is around is likely to suffer injuries as Sheriff Joe positions himself for maximum exposure. Best to get out of the way. To those watching from the comfort and confines of their home who know Sheriff Joe, generally and collectively, reach for the "Mute" button.

12. Joe is a fan of Barkley? I'd bet Barkley is taking Joe out for dinner after his release and will also have Joe and his family over for wine and cheese, autographs, and Joe will give him a secret key to the city. On the surface Joe will do and act the usual for the public. Behind the scenes everyone is happy.

It's so obvious to all of us that if this were you and I it would be an automatic 10 to 30 days in jail. No work fur-low, no press release or press conference.

WE SHOULD ALL BE ASKING THIS QUESTION: First time DUI offenders in Arizona gat an automatic mandatory DUI Ignition interlock system. Does Barkley get a free pass from this mandate too?

TMZ, can you tell us exactly what the DMV has done in this case ? As well as the Mandatory DU Interlock System which is "Mandatory" in Arizona for Mr. Barkley?
