"School of Rock" Kid Guilty in Taco Bell DUI Caper

Joey Gaydos. JrJoey Gaydos Jr. -- the guitar prodigy from "School of Rock" -- has pled guilty to a misdemeanor impaired driving charge and could actually do some time in the pokey for his crime. WWJBD?

Cops busted Gaydos as he was leaving a Taco Bell at 2:40 AM -- which as far as we know is conclusive proof someone is wasted.

The 17-year-old actor faces up to 93 days in jail. He'll be sentenced in April.

7. He won't do any time, He lives in the next town over from me.I know How Michigan courts operate... all they care about is the money... He will get slapped with the largest fine possible which I think is still 1000 Bucks and be put on probation till he 21, but if he pays the probation fees off right away , the will cut him loose after about a year.... Been there tooooooo many myself. As long as you Kiss ass and Pay your costs off within 30 days, They don't want to deal with you anymore.

9. 2010, School of Rock 2, Rocks America....Can't wait to see it. Thought the first one was great...Jack Black is back with the whole original cast, including this smuck....So no matter what this kid has done, he still gets to be in another movie.....

10. Leave the kid alone about his looks. That's fantastic, a bunch of "Adults" ripping on some 17 year old kid's appearance. Oh and since he's not Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, or Nicole Richie he probably will ACTUALLY DO SOME TIME. That's how the courts work.
