I have just read the article in the US Weekly and also the photo's at the restaurant are a bit grainy the photo's at the Malibu Beach Inn are not. Before they met Rimes lunched at a place called Fred Segal with a friend and told him that Cibrian wants to be single by his 8th Anniversary in May, nice man ,and a giddy Rimes talked about the two texting back and forth. Now lets say this is all false, we of course will expect Cibrian or Rimes to sue the US Weekly, I would if it was all lies, I would sue the pants of them. So lets wait and see.
A poster on another site said he knows Cibrian very well has known him for years he is a nice guy and comes from a lovely family and loves his wife and children but can't keep his zipper up. I don't call that love.

Its always so sad when these celebrities are pretty much caught in the act cheating... yet their spouses go out in public holding hands with their cheating husband or wife... sorry, but you just look stupid. We all saw the video of your husband kissing Leanne Rhimes and sucking each others fingers.... you're embarassing yourself lady

I don't really know who he is, the face is familiar from -most likely- forgettable roles on TV, however, HIS WIFE IS GORGEOUS! I can not believe that he would leave someone like that for the not so attractive LeAnn Rimes! Either he is very near sighted, very dumb or this had to be a publicity stunt for that Lifetime movie, which attracted a lot more viewers than most Lifetime movies, probably due to the much publicized affair. In any event this dummy, Eddie Cibrian, better take a real close look at the beauty he married, because SHE CAN DO BETTER!

So they think that showing up in public with their spouses is going to make those affair rumors go away. How about suing US weekly for using 'imposters" to fabricate an affair that doesn't exist? They are not going to sue because this afafir thing was a publicly stunt or they really were having an affair and doing those things at the restaurant. They already did the damage when LR didn't deny it being them in the restaurant/hotel and EC danced around the issue to make it look like US weekly took their dinner all out of context. It won't be too long before LR and EC have another "just friends" dinner where they kiss, hold hands, and suck on each others fingers. We'll know for sure when LR and EC appear out and about dining, shopping, publicly engagining in PDA at an airport, or vacationing together; pose for a W shoot; or LR proclaims that she was just a "shoulder for EC to cry on"
