Ken Wahl, the dude who starred in "Wiseguy," claims he's destitute and blames it on a conspiracy between his former business manager and Wahl's ex-wife.
Wahl's lawsuit, filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, claims he hired Henry Levine back in the day to take care of his finances. Wahl says Levine had the dreaded power of attorney. The actor explains how his career was red hot from 1983 to 1991.
But things changed radically in '91. Wahl divorced his wife, Corinne Alphen and gave her "ALL of the community property assets." Dumb move. The assets included a Malibu mansion and an estate in Boston, worth "many millions of dollars."
The suit claims during Wahl's marriage Levine entered into a "secret business manager relationship" with Corinne. He says after they got divorced, Corinne squandered Wahl's money "on plastic surgeries, facials, and massages" from the sale of the Malibu property -- Wahl says the proceeds were supposed to be held for their son.
More bad luck...Wahl got in a bad accident, broke his neck and was permanently disabled. Wahl says the business manager screwed him over, making him believe several million bucks were put aside to support him -- in fact, he says, his ex-wife got that loot too, thanks to Henry.
Wahl says he now doesn't have a pot to pee in and owes $250,000 in back taxes.
Wahl is suing Levine and the Screen Actors Guild. SAG is named as a defendant because he has a beef over errors in his pension contribution.

Funny how his lawsuit forgets to mention Ken became a major drug addict abusing pain medication. for years. Me thinks Kenny lost a lot of his own post divorce money on the oxycontin.

no mention made of the barbie twin(s) he was married to while he was "disabled" could she (they) who reportedly shared him had anything to do with any missing money? or did they "support' him in his time of need. Its always the ex wife huh, I am sure he was mr. faithful. In all honesty, they guy was a great actor probably still is more proof you can't blindly trust people with your money, College degrees or trusted close friends and family are not always leeches...
I heard through the grapevine that Ken's first wife's son is in jail for murder. He's 37.

There is a reason why doctors perscribe pain medication - it's called PAIN! It's not like the guy was using crack! And if you read the article in the Beverly Hilsl Times Magazine, or EDUCATE YOURSELF before you make stupid comments, you'll find out his business manager had him sign the power of attorney while he was in the hospital with a broken neck!!!

Charity counts when you are down and out, and no matter how down and out Ken got, he and his wife always support animal causes, hands on. Ken and his wife Saune, would say people have choices, animals don't, they are the true victims.
There should be laws that protect people from leeching managers and gold digging spouses. Too bad the money couldn't go to the two major causes he supports, veterans and animals.
@Rob get over yourself. I was calling it as I see it. He abused drugs and alcohol. Sure he had some bad breaks but to sue your exwife and manager decades after the fact is a sad play for pay.
Raymond, Ken's son was best friends with Brody Jenner. Ken was generous to both his son and stepson and gave them each a Malibu mansion. The ex-wife ended up giving the houses to her boyfriend.

I have never been addicted to killers. or any pills. But I have known 2 very intelligent people (one now a Dr.) who after accidents became addicted to pain killers. It i very easy to do. Luckly both friends now clean. In pain but clean
