10. they were totally kissing in the restaurant. and when i say kissing, it wasn't a kiss that you owuld give your sister or brother. they definitely had sex later that night. she was also leaning her head into him like a lover would do.

11. I think everyone is looking way to far into everything. The shot was filmed at a certain angle we did not see what was going on in front of them. For all we know they could have been leaning to hear each other better, or whisper. That to me did not look like kissing. I'm going to stand to believe that Kat is still being faithful until I see otherwise.
