Jackson Riddled with Injection Marks

7/1/2009 6:25 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Michael JacksonMultiple sources tell TMZ Michael Jackson had dozens of injection sites all over his body.

As we first reported, Propofol, a powerful anesthetic, was found in the house after Jackson died. Various medical experts tell us there is absolutely no medical justification for Jackson to have had this drug in his home -- it is used to knock people out before surgery. It is administered through an IV.

We're told Jackson wanted the drug to sleep and that he had cravings for anesthesia -- whenever he had even the most minor medical procedure ... he had the doctor put him under.

It is increasingly looking like Propofol may have caused Jackson to go into cardiac arrest and die. The doctors we spoke with say it's reckless for any doctor to supply Jackson with Propofol and especially reckless to administer it to him at home.

The fact that Jackson had dozens of injection sites on his body would have made it clear to any doctor that Jackson had a drug problem.

Criminal manslaughter is defined as the reckless disregard for human life. The talk in law enforcement -- this case seems to fit the bill.

Well this is no to new that he had this kind of medicines in his home, then he was the only one who provoke his own dead, It's a shame that with all the money that he generated has ended in this poor way, I imagine that he would have more things that was hidding and with his dead are going to surface. With his dead the pandora's box has opened

"Throughout the 90s, Jackson portrayed himself as a sort of pure, ethereal Peter Pan, but he had serious drug problems. Last year I covered the civil trial in which European concert promoter Marcel Avram was suing Jackson for $21.2 million for canceling two "millennium concerts" scheduled for New Year's 2000. During his first appearance in front of the jury, Jackson practically fell asleep, and when he came back later he grimaced at spectators, made devil's horns with his fingers, and generally behaved as if he were 12. He ended up losing the case and having to pay Avram $5.3 million. Looking back, I remember being struck by one exhibit presented by the plaintiff, a bill Avram said he had paid to two German doctors for nearly $264,000. I later learned that the doctors had not only taken care of an injury Jackson had suffered when he fell onstage in Munich in 1999 but also previously put him through drug detox. In expense reports submitted in a lawsuit that Myung-Ho Lee brought against Jackson, which was settled last June, there are entries showing $62,645 owed to the Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills."

--

"Lee tells me that in 1999 he employed Dr. Neil Ratner, an anesthesiologist and former rock drummer, to put Michael through detox in Seoul. (Ratner, the government's star witness against prominent Manhattan gynecologist Dr. Niels Lauersen, who was convicted of insurance fraud in 2001, admitted to being stoned himself much of the time he injected his patients in the 80s and to once collapsing in an operating room after mistakenly shooting himself up with a paralytic agent.) "I met with the doctor on a regular basis," says Lee. "We were getting Michael off what he was addicted to, Demerol and morphine. His problem is a sleep disorder. He's up up to 48 hours at a time, and then crashes." When I ask Ratner about his work with Jackson in Seoul, he says, "Patient-doctor relationships are not something I choose to comment about."

In Washington, D.C., in 2001, after Jackson appeared at a benefit concert for 9/11 victims, he left his ubiquitous black bag filled with his prescription drugs behind. It was found by Washington police, who returned it, no questions asked. "

God you guys are slimebags TMZ. You can't even take 5 seconds to put up something for the late, great Karl Malden. Just because Jackson is dead doesn't make him any less of a weirdo pedophile who turned his kids into just as big of freaks who won't be able to cope in the real world, just like their dad.

This is a serious post. propofal is a drug used to put patients under
while being operated on.... it is a milky liquid referred to by
doctors as "Milk of Amnesia" . This drug is used for surgery because
it works instantly and conversely, using another drug you canwake the
patient instantly.
However, in order to use this drug... you really need a trained
anesthesiologist because while under, the sleep is so deep a
breathing tube may need to be inserted or a patient could die.
If jackson was or had this drug administered it could literally cause
cardiac arrest in minutes.
This post infi is serious and so are the implications of having
proofal administered at home.

His personal physician denied using demerol and oxcontin... but did
not mention propofal...

this could be very, very ugly.

Reports suggest that MJ was in pretty good shape, both at rehearsal
and physically.... a drug like propofal could take out a 28 year old
linebacker for the San Diego Chargers - by cardiac arrest...

it seems in every way Mike didn't think/feel the rules applied to him. Vain, entitled, silly, self-centered....So much for the pathos. Mike, you're done. Time to put you in the ground.

For those who say an addict will get drugs one way or another - while that's often true, it doesn't absolve the doctors who willingly prescribed/administered such dangerous drugs. If it's true, they were greedy and reckless...bottom line.

Didn't you guys report this as false? And now it's true again? I agree with comment #11.. if this is in fact true, why aren't the cops treating this as a murder investigation/?

I have a theory. I think the reason MJ had so many plastic surgeries was because he was addicted to the pain and anesthesia meds. He needed an excuse to use some of the more powerful drugs so he just kept having surgeries. What do you think?

If this is true, could this doctor (or whomever administered the drug), be charged of involuntary manslaughter?
