She signed off on her children when she received that $8.5 million! Those kids don't even know this woman exist! I really wonder what Michael Jackson told those kids as far as their mother is concerned? I truly love Michael as an entertainer, but seriously the way those children were created and then brought into Michaels life wasn't cool at all. I wonder why Michael didn't use his own sperm? Everything about Michael I do love, but this about the kids is sad. I was an adopted child, and it's said what they are going to put these kids through. Honestly they do look like Debbie. I wonder if the Dermatoligist (father) now wants the kids back too.

Michael I hope this doesn't blow up in your family's face. That would just be too painful for your family & fans.

I think it's wonderful she wants to take a DNA test and psychological test to prove she is the mom of the older 2 children, but those children hardly know her. She is a complete stranger to them. She was the one who divorced Michael and left the 3 of them (Michael and the 2 children). The children being with Grandma Jackson at least gives them some stablization in their lives, along with being around all their cousins, aunts, uncles.
When this issue goes to court, I hope the judge will do the right thing and continue with Katherine having the custody. But, give Debbie some visitation days if she would like, so she can know the children better.

What is wrong with everyone!!!! Is it good to separate the two older kids from their little brother!!! If you feel so strong about the Jacksons, then the best stoluion would be to have all three kids live with a completely different third party. That woman is not a "mother." Just because she gave birth to them, doesn't make her have the qualities of a loving mother. Get real!!! Read the newspaper once in a while about mothers who don't give a s**t about their kids. She is a big NOTHING. No REAL mother would accept money in exchange for her kids!!! You guys are so frustrating!!!!

Pardon my french...but this THING is BUTT UGLY! Ok, suitable as a container for delivering a couple of kids, but that is about it...And remembering the fact, that IT was payed millions of $ and gave up "her" children, it really takes an IQ of an amoeba to stand up now and start yellin´. The kids do not know s**t about her and probably do not want to know!

Michael bought those white kids from a woman who was desperate at the time. Now that he's gone she should get them back. Everyone makes mistakes. Just look at Michael.

I think those kids would be better off on a horse ranch with her, than with the abusive Jackson family!

Sad situation all around. If Katherine gets them, that's nice cuz they know her at least, but she's also 80 years old. She's not gonna be around much longer to put it lightly. Then who gets them? What do they do after their grandma dies? I'm not saying Debbie should get them, I'm just saying in general, it sucks. Especially for Blanket. That's more incentive for Debbie not to get the older two because Blanket needs them and they need him.

She is not the one who abruptly disturbed their life by doing drugs and getting overdosed. Those children were raised by Michael not by their grand mother.

She is the biologial and legal mother. Still a question mark above Michael being the legal father. And If he had made it and all the drugs related stories would have made it public, he would have been the first one to be thrown to jail for raising children among lethal drugs !

Since she asked for joint custody for years, since she is the bio and only legal direct parent left, since those jacksons are not even sure to be legally bonded to them. she has more than any one else the right to fight to get her children back.

The Jacksons have demonstrated that they are the worst parents by making sure that the only sane person around those children, their own mother was put away in a shameful and illegal settlement after having raised them for three years while letting their son doing his nasty drugs addiction around those same kids he was supposed to protect and raise. What a lovely parents they are !.

The children need to stay together with the people who loved their father. "Grandpa" isn't going to do anything to those kids ... Tito, Marlon, etc. will make sure of that. As far as I know, she hasn't tried for joint custody or even visition rights in 14 years. Does she want the kids or the package that comes with them? I think it would be truly extremely sad for those children to be torn apart and put with someone they don't even know. The three kids need to stay together and be raised by the Jackson Family ~ the entire family.

Why is everyone throwin' Katherine's age out there. She's only 79! She could have 10-15 years left in her life easy. If she only lived 10 more years, bothe Prince and Paris will be 22 and 21. Blanket would be 17. These kids will be fine with her and the Jackson family. She has a staff with her that will be taking care of things. Her love will be there for the kids.
