Yeah, we could all look like that if we had $100,000's for plastic surgery and a trainer and meals delivered. The people who inspire me that are in show business are people like Valerie Bertanelli. She had her meals delivered too, but she worked for them. Demi is one big ball of plastic and I get really tired of all these articles on how to look like her. Sorry, but we don't all have the money, and some of us thin aging is a natural process.

Yup its true that Demi has had plastic surgery to help her along.. but you can't deny that she is also very strict w/ diet and exercise. Plastic surgery alone does not make you look hot.. hellooo, look at Tara Reid and Courtney Love's body.

She has to have willpower and determination also Karen. A lot of Stars can afford those things you mentioned, but don't look as good as she does. Look at Oprah. Oprah's ass INflates and DEflates on a daily basis. And she can certainly afford to be pampered.

Most people don't have thousands of dollars to spend on cosmetic surgery!

There are average couples who look as good naturally (if not better) who continue to exercise and eat well after marriage.
