At the time she and Hugh Grant were busted in the middle of a BJ in the front seat of a car off Hollywood Blvd., I said something like, "Why would Hugh Grant be with someone like her." A woman in my office pointed out that the real attraction of prostitutes is not their looks, but that she won't say, "No."
For guys that are insecure (like most actors) or timid, finding a sexual partner who isn't judgemental or sarcastic can be a real attraction (and a real change).

It was arranged by his "friend" Tom Arnold who at the time had a part in one of his movies. Tom is known as being one of the lowest forms of life on this planet or any other, so when Hugh & Tom got liquored up during their "boys nights out" it was easy to get him into that situation. Not that that excuses Hugh who was just being dumb as a box of rocks. Remember the old saying "tell me who your friends are & I'll tell you what you are".
