That man hasnt had a natural erection in 30 years. Smoking, drinking, weight, diet, stress, and lack of exercise along with age are all natural inhibitors to a good firm easy to achieve natural erection. But I imagine the dude enjoys life no matter how he gets it up or takes it in....I do suspect he's a catcher to offset the thousands of women he has had---kind of like a personal confession or cleanser, and to keep him from getting bored with sex.
