'Biggest Loser' Star Sued Over Homework

Jillian MichaelsA pair of construction workers claim they are the real biggest losers -- because mega-trainer Jillian Michaels stiffed them on some work they did.

According to two small claims lawsuits filed last month, Michaels -- best known a personal trainer on "The Biggest Loser" -- failed to pay nearly $10,000 in construction costs on her house in Los Angeles.

The work included extensive work to the pool -- including the installation of a salt water chlorinator, a heater and lighting.

Both sides are due in court next month.

the fact that they are BOTH due in court leads me to believe this isn't a case of her just not paying. it seems more likely it's a case of shoddy work and she is fighting them on it. she makes enough money to pay this, so hearing they are both going to fight this in court doesn't look to good for the workers. just look at what bad work did to sandra bullocks home in texas. go get them jillian.
