Forget Lisa Marie Presley -- her nanny is suffering from postpartum depression and she's suing Elvis' daughter.
Christine White has filed a lawsuit against Presley, claiming she became the postpartum caregiver several weeks after Lisa Marie gave birth on October 7, 2008.
White complains she was not given meal breaks and forced to work 7-days a week without getting O.T.
And get this -- she didn't get a 10-minute rest time!
We put a call in to Lisa Marie's rep. We're waiting for comment.

Lisa! shame on you. you have enough money to choke a horse, you should have 3 caregivers each day; working in 8 hour shifts that would be full time help; you can afford it!!!! don't overwork your help; in the end they will hate you for it.

TMZ is making fun of the nanny putting in a claim for not receiving her 10 minute breaks. Two ten-minute rest periods in addition to 30 minute meal break IS THE LAW in California. Per California Wage and Hour Law, she is entitled to additional compensation as a penalty for not getting her breaks. Suprised TMZ lawyers don't know that.

# 11, you are an idiot. Do you think Lisa marie would make such heartfelt remarks about MJ he was a childmolester!!!! He was found not guilty. When you do you something in your lifetime that will cause judgement and is proven not guilty, how would you feel if everyone else demanded that you were indeed guilty.

For all the people who are asking why this employee didn't quit since the conditions are that bad well guess what not everyone is privileged enough to quit their job and be able to feed their family so people put up with bad work conditions because they need to survive. Same case as the Kobe Bryant maid. And sometimes people wait to sue because they might not be sure of how to approach the problem and maybe they received some good legal advice that convinced them they have a case and should sue. And for the record all I know of Lisa Marie is that she's Elvis' daughter and was married to Michael Jackson...other than that it does not appear that she has worked towards a career or anything for that matter. While you wait for the call back from her TMZ ask her why she wasn't at Michael's memorial and from her blog on Myspace that she posted hours after MJ died it appears she feels guilt that she turned her back on him and left him instead of helping him. There are a lot of people who claimed to be good friends (Justin Timberlake, Macauley Culkin, Lisa Marie, Madonna, Britney Spears...) with MJ that were a no show at his memorial and it really proves a point that these people were just money hungry and wanted to be seen with the King of Pop.
