Wow! Setting aside all of the drama that seems to surround him, this is a situation that needs medical intervention FAST! To gain that much weight, all in the gut, in that short of a period of time is an indication of something seriously wrong. It could be insulin resistance, it could be thyroid issues, depression, or simply a lack of ability to put down the knife and fork. Regardless of the cause, it needs to be addressed very quickly because at this rate, he will be on the fast track to diabetes or cardiac disease. Add to this the smoking and drinking, and he is looking at the very distinct chance of not seeing his kids graduate from high school, and I am talking about the older ones, not his kids with Britney. Dude, make an appointment with an endocrinologist immediately!

THis why HE should never get tattoos. Sorry but i gained 30 lbs once and i lost it too. I never gained and gained and gained. If i gain i lose it i don't just pack on the lbs.
