Could this president be any more of a dork than he already has proven to be in his actions and his speeches? It hasn't even been a year yet and every day this dysfunctional administration is doing something other than running this country. I think the word "Stupidly" applies to this photo and the guy picking his nose is in charge of photo opportunities like this one. Obama is a real loser if there was one.
