It's easy to get this ripped. There are 3 different types of steroids that will shred you up like this. Everyone with common sense knows that this is not a normal human body. Steroids play a factor. Just like Rocky, Bruce willis in Die Hard, Will smith in "Ali", etc. It's an everyday thing. Will smith used a bulker steroid while this guy used a steroid that drains the water right out of you...making you look shredded. It's all part of hollywood.
