Think about it people. The dancers dont know what dance they are doing until AFTER the results show. (They know it will be one of 2 or 3 different styles) As they leave, they are each handed a cd with the dance style and song written on it.

If they dont know, how are the seamstresses and costume designers supposed to?? It would be insane to ask them to make 16 news dresses every week PLUS the male's costume if he needs one. (yes I know the number goes down each week, but making dresses is hard work!) If they have an outfit that fits the dancer why not?

If the costume fits, wear it. Those things are beautiful and expensive. They take forever to make. It would be insane to only use them once. Any one who thinks she is too good to wear something a past competitor wore is a snob. TMZ is trying to create drama where none exists.

Scott, that is Karina. She wore the costume on the Emmys. But yes, Joanna did either wear the same thing or something a lot like it. She just isn't pictured.

This ensemble was worn first by Yulia Zagoruychenko 'The Beat.' She is an exquisite dancer and Karina only wishes. Check it out on YouTube.

Yulia is the only one that can get away with this wooly getup. The others should give it up. This is also very old, why resurrect it now. Cheap.
