What's funny is Britney's lip-syncing is mentioned, but Michael's isn't. Both lip-sync(ed) way too much.
I go to a concert to hear a LIVE performance, not playback of recordings done before. I don't go to watch someone dancing to previous recordings, either.
As for CDs and people thinking "mp3s are better". No. CDs still have better sound quality (it helps if you listen with good headphones or speakers, too), they have booklets and they can be converted to any format you like anytime you like at the quality and/or size you like.
They are immensely preferable to crappy MP3s to me. Plus there's always a 'hard copy' to act as a safe archive.
