What a turn! Katherine and Joe Jackson are fighting each other in court ... right now.
Katherine's new lawyer, Adam Streisand, is arguing to the judge that Joe has no legal standing to object to John Branca and John McClain as executors, nor does he have any standing to object to the validity of the will.
Streisand is arguing since Michael Jackson cut Joe out of the will, he has no dog in this fight.
During the fight, Billie Jean Jackson -- you know -- just stood up and said that she's an heir so she'll object ... so Joe's got that going for him.

I cant believe Joe Jackson is doing this. Katherine is under enough stress and grief losing her son and now she has to deal with this Jacka**. unbelievable. No wonder MJ cut him out of the will he knew he was aJerk. The sons prob. dont want to get involved because they dont want to be cut the family trust. Someday when Joe has passed I think the truth about this man will come out. He has another family in Las Vegas all he cares about is himself and it just kills him he cant his hands on some of the millions MJ estate is getting. I just pray it all goes to MJ kids. All these creditors and people getting money are taking from his kids. Thier going to need alot of money in the future they will need body guards and protection for the rest of thier lives. And they prob. wont be able to get a job like normal people without the media driving them crazy. I mean they cant even go to karate without getting pictures.
