As for him doing time...thats a laugh!!! He won't do any time...cuz he's a snitch...why do you think he rolled over on his "friends". He's the one involved in all the burglaries, but he's the one who will walk and knowing our justice system...probably with a slap on the wrist and maybe a few months probation and if the judge is in a "good" mood..might even slap some community service on him.
BTW TMZ...this is the 2nd time you've posted a picture of one of the "burglar bunch" saying they were wearing a pendant/necklace of one of their victims...and it wasn't the same pendant/necklace at all.

I'm now starting to wonder...
if these young kids were and are hired by "Hollywood Celebs" to break into their homes and rob their personal belongings... so they could claim these thefts on their insurance policies!!
It doesn't sound like these youngs kids... ARE IN THAT MUCH TROUBLE! Other individuals... would be looking at some hard time! We'll see what time they'll spend behind bars and maybe we'll then see... how serious this all "really" is!!!

These don't even look like the same necklaces!!!! Benji's seems to to have the chain attching to each side of the 'P' pendant while the "thief's" pendant clearly has a loop on the top of it to have the chain go through. I agree with Simone, the season is obviously slow for you TMZ and you've slumped down to talking nonstop about these kids who dont deserve the hype and Jon Gosselin GET OVER IT!!!!!
