Tila Screwed Up Really Bad, Lawyer Says

Tila TequilaTila Tequila's lawyer blames his client's meltdown on former BF Shawne Merriman.

Attorney Cyrus Nownejad tells TMZ he thinks the "domestic violence" incident with Shawne in September may have "pushed her over the edge."

Nownejad acknowledges something is seriously wrong with Tila and he's trying to figure out how to get her some help.

Tila just took down her Ustream, showing her dancing nude and talking crazy in front of the camera. She also went off on Shawne and his alleged drug use.

Tila is suing Shawne for $1.5 mil over the September incident..

Just took a class on Assault and Battery. This case definitely fit's the description of both. The defense is probably going to prove some type of comparative as far as inducement, but I'm not sure. I'm glad Tila is not silent about it because I'm sure a lot of women go through what she went through but are either too ashamed to come forward and talk about it. I hope her attorney coaches her "a lot" before she goes on the stand in court. I'm sure he will.

Tila is liar, no one is hating her, people are sick of her thats all. She claims she has talent and worked so hard to where she is, but clearly all she is capable of is taking her clothes off, flashing the camera, and saying crazy ish.....and most famous for making up lies! Shawne didnt beat her and even if he did, she totally deserved it, and I dont believe anyone should get physically hurt for any reason, but in this case making the exception cause she is so fake and dumb.

With a name like Tila Tequila, is anyone going to believe that she wasn't f***ed up before getting into this relationship?

Aside from cheap shots at Shawne, how is this an example of her acting any different than before she met this guy? It's a shame that he allegedly assaulted her, but it doesn't entitle her to millions of dollars. My prediction is that he will be hammered in court and wind up settling out of court simply b/c he's a male in this situation.
