A judge just decided 2'8" Verne Troyer is NOT a threat to his ex-girlfriend's safety.
The judge denied Yvette Monet's attempt today to make her temporary restraining order against Verne permanent -- thanks to attorney Ed McPherson -- which means there's no longer a restraining order in place against the actor.
