'Jersey Shore' Chick -- History of Flipping Out

Snooki -- the self-described "guidette" from "Jersey Shore" -- has a penchant for attention whoring on the beach ... in fact, one incident was caught on tape back in 2007.



TMZ came across this footage of the Princess of Poughkeepsie busting out a series of bikini-clad back handsprings way before she got her gig with MTV.

Who knew she could be this entertaining ... without a drink in her hand?

That was excellent! I'm a former gymnast and she executed terrific handsprings, much harder to do on sand.

I haven't seen the show- no idea who she is- but those were dang fine back flips. Why is she being slammed for this? Y'all watch cheerleaders doing it and that's supposed to be awesome?
I don't see the Dallas cheerleaders being called attention ho's.
