Everybody calm down. The children were most likely back in Las Angeles with relatives. These two probably went out in Aspen to party and ended up with Charlie noticing another attractive lady and whola his wife, in a drunken stupor got a wee bit jealous. She should know her husband's past history. The newness must be wearing off.

Once I had a child around the age of 40, I stopped consuming any alcohol because I wanted to be the most conscious and caring mother at all times. Obviously, she has an intolerance to alcohol and should not be drinking while caring for her less-than-one-year-old babies.

Now that her addict husband is jailed in the State of Colorado which is not as favorable to these varying issues, she might as well file for her divorce papers.

When his daddy martin should have been showing sonny boy charlie how to behave and respect women and other living things, he was too busy trying to be political and telling the rest of the world what and how to think...all his passion and energy went to "causes", chaining himself to doors and getting arrested all in the name of a "cause"---meanwhile little charlie had to figure out on his own how to Ho chase, abuse drugs and drink too much.

Shameful family, the whole lot of them...and aint a one of them should ever be preaching a thing to any of us about any topic.

Brooke Mueller is nothing but a gold digger. She doesn't love him, she loves money and fame. I hope they arrest her sorry ass and give custody to Charlie!
