Disgusting? lol you people are hilarious. He looks like an average male for his age. Even if the movie 300 was mostly computer generated, make-up and lighting he still had to have a reasonable looking six pack. It's not like he walked in looking like he does in this recent photo. He has money and could easily hire a personal trainer/dietitian and be back to a six pack in a month. Who knows he could be preparing for a role.

He was pretty well built in 300 but anybody who watched the behind-the-scenes segments caught more than a few scenes of airbrushed-abs being done. It made good abs look great.
Factoring in that super-hero paintjob I'd say he looks only average from where he probably was. I'll bet he could take it off in no time if he wanted to.
