She does have a bit of a paunch and there is some excess baggage on her thighs. I can forgive this, though, for two reasons. First, she's 40 years old which is over the hill for a woman (just sexually speaking of course). Also, she's had a kid and a woman's body never ever really bounces back to what it was after childbirth. It doesn't matter how many gyms a woman attends or how many personal trainers she consults...childbirth just changes the body for the worse. She'll never be as tight again or as svelte again. That sucks, but nature isn't fare.

She looks good, but you can tell that she's beginning to slip a little. Stomach isn't as tight as it once was, for example. I cut her some slack though because she did have a kid. If I pushed out a little one I guess my looks would suffer for it too!
