Debbie Rowe just went head-to-head with a photographer who claims she defamed him by allegedly lying about an altercation between them in July -- and the case is now in the hands of a judge.
Moments ago in Lancaster, Ca. court, freelance photographer Ed Frommer accused Rowe of slander, libel and defamation -- and wants $7,500 in damages.
Rowe testified Frommer hounded her, repeatedly trespassing on her property, and denies defaming the dude.
The judge took the case under submission.

You neglected to report that I won the case Frommer had against me. It was tried in a Superior Court not small claims so the decision is final....Frommer continues to look for "BREAKING NEWS" in the Antelope Valley.....not a whole lot going on but flooding here........thanks.

I don't think anything said in a police report can be used as defamation.
The guy admitted in court that the AP hired him to continue staking out Debbie's place the day after the incident--so much for loss of work.
His injury for Debbie allegedly hitting her with her elbow????
"Ouch,doc, my arm hurts." X-ray and visit---$750 whether really hurt or not.

i watched it.. she did such a good job.. i'm not her biggest fan by any means.. but he was just blabbering on and on and on.. i didn't think he had anything to go on.. on one hand he said he lost work.. and in the next sentence he said something about being hired by the associated press to stand outside her house for a week.. come on now.. hopefully the judge sees that..

Absolutely, Debbie! you go girl! I wish someone would take the bull by the horns and go about making a new law that prevebts these azzwipes from bothering people. It's one thing to grab a picture if and when the oppotuniy arises, but to willfully harass people all the time without permission is a pizzer! It really does need to stop. Case in point-Lady Diana.

Get a lawyer to ensure that you get unsupervised visitation of your kids!!! They need you! Do you want them to grow up "Jackson." Micael sure as hell didn't when he was alive! Those kids never spent any time with Michael's relatives/cousins/brothers. Those folks just want to get sweetie sweetie with your kids so they can get some of their money!
