Yeah, aggressive solicitation has been in the news several times here in L.A., and the people who ask for money at LAX have to have a license to do so. So yeah, I'm surprised "a lawyer" wouldn't know that too.
People were just enableing her don't forget the money she earned was tax free and really what did she do but annoy people its about time they arrested her. As for Post#1 Police are not picking on homeless people she should have been arrested a long time ago, she needs to get a damn job.
I work on that street. For years, everyday, the "Qween" has been sitting there begging. Before her, it was her husband, who sat in a wheelchair and pretended he was disabled. Many people have seen him walking and/or driving a car. They are not homeless. People have heard her talking about her house. I myself was duped into giving the husband money on a few occasions until I was informed by a co-worker that she had personally spoken to him after he practically jumped out of his car to talk to her. When the "Qween" is not begging, she is usually talking on her cell-phone.(How many homeless people do you know that have a cell-phone?) These people are frauds who take advantage of the kindness of unsuspecting strangers. The "Qween" is out there everyday from about 8 am to 4:30 pm. It is her job, and I think it is sad that she probably makes more money than the hard-working receptionists, office workers, janitors etc, who actually put in an honest days' work.
Leave her ass in jail. This way, she has 3 squares a day & a nice bed. IF she really is homeless, this is the best place for her......leave her there and maybe now TMZ can get some good uninterrupted footage on Robertson.
