i think she is really making a statement, shes going against the norm which i find fantastic! why be like everyone else when you can stand out and have ppl remember your name. people who are calling her gross and disgusting and obese and what not well truth be told they are the degenerates. you would think as people age and we evolve we would become more understanding more respectful of others and less prejudice or judge mental. unfortunately thats not the case. monique is extremely brave for what she's doing, not caring what other ppl think. i mean shes rich, has got a husband, kids, her life compared to must is probably alot more fulfilled and satisfied then the rest of the celeb bitches out there i mean they cant all be like britney spears and shave everything. Why do you think we have hair on our legs. Some people feel if it wasnt meant to be there why does it grow there and dont find it ugly. This lady is not lazy or classless. She has worked harder than any of you wicked judges. Alot of men, especially black men love hairy women. They actually think its sexy. You dont have to believe it but alot black men do, especially in her age group. The older, the more they dont have a problem with it. As a matter of fact, the hairy girl at the party getsthe most attention. The guys say things like " ooooh she's hairrrryyy" in a good way!Its a turn on to alot of them. Dont believe me, start asking them and see, especially older guys. If you people watched the Barbara Walters special you would understand WHY she does not shave her legs. Many African American women do not shave their legs, that is a trend mainly for white woman since your hair grows abnormally fast. Monique is a beautiful sister and I for one am very proud of her for staying true to SELF. The rest of you are a bunch of class less want to have the money, shows, movies and comedy act bastards

Ok, I'll give it to you straight. I think it's ok not to shave your legs ONLY (keyword, ONLY) if you are wearing pants, tights, etc. that will fully cover up your hairy legs. BUT when you are wearing a skirt or shorts, dress, etc., IT SHOULD BE MANDATORY that you shave your legs. Monique, you set the standard for a repulsive, aggravating, fatass pig. How did you even become famous?

I think hair on the legs is sexy. I waited 38 years to get the Afro on my legs and after all of my hard work and dedication, you guys tell me that it is no longer IN! I really don't appreciate that. Who ever I date is going to have to love me for who I am.
