Either TMZ is not getting their facts straight or some things are just not right about this situation...First TMZ says Ben partied all night with two off duty cops. Then they say the cops were cooperating with the investigation, but they hadn't been contacted by police. Next TMZ says the cop that took the initial report was at Capital City right before the alleged incident...they later recanted that and said the cop was not at Capital City. Now they say the cop who took the initial report will not be involved in any way with the investigation. So this cop will not be questioned about the initial report or what he saw while at the other night club? Sh*t just ain't sounding right.

The cops he was partying with were off duty cops from Pittsburgh not Georgia.

It seems like he travels with babysitters and still can't stay away from trouble.
