Kate Walsh from "Private Practice" is officially a single woman again.
Kate's bitter divorce from her husband of 14 months, Alex Young, was made final today, this according to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court.
As we first reported, Alex was denied spousal support back in February, but scored $627,000 for his share of the community property plus half the residuals for the "Grey's Anatomy" and "Private Practice" episodes Kate appeared in while they were married.

Another s***bag loser get a real job instead of preying off your ex wives residuals. Jon Gosselin is just as bad he now wants to take custody of his children to get out of paying child support and wants spousal support as well as to get in with his ex wife's new show because he is too much of a loser to get a real job and support his kids. What happened to men they have become such losers and users and don't want to work and support their families thankfully they are not all like this

ok, so, in all fairness,a woman would b looking for the same settlement if he was the big breadwinner, what I don't get is why the heck she didn't have a pre-nup? clearly she didn't have one or she wouldn;'t be forkin over half of her residuals, what a shame!

I have not read anything about this case, but was there a pre nup?? all actors have to have them, no matter what. What an assss he is. I feel bad for her, because I remember when she talked about him it seemed she was so in love. too bad there are men out there looking for money only. hope Karma hits him in the asssss.
