UFC Fighter Banned for Sucker Punch

Definate lifetime ban. This is supposed to be a sport, not a "real" fight.

MY Boyfriend and I watched this and It was definitely a sucker punch and In my opinion ,because he couldn't do anything about Koscheck's ground game but the lifetime suspension was way to harsh ...He'll have to fight in Japan to have any kind of career now and its just way to harsh for the sport ...

A lifetime ban is much too harsh. Paul Daley's punch was just a reaction to Koschek being an absolute "douche" for lack of a better word to describe him as a person. If you watched the fight, Paul was trying to get his attention afterwards (most fighters do this in order to congratulate the victor and show good sportsmanship) but Koschek CLEARLY gave Paul the cold shoulder! There was alot of animosity stirred up between the two during the prefight banter. This led to Koschek brushing his opponent off and with that kind of public humiliation what do you expect to happen? I would've punched that a**hole too. LMAO

Anyone arguing that he shouldn't be banned is an idiot. Dana is saving face for the company and the entire sport. It's hard enough to get the fights sanctioned in places around the world. The LAST thing MMA as a whole needs is a reputation of housing dirty-after the bell-punches.

koscheck had him overall anyways. daley was a boxer ,and very out of his element. but the sucker punch was a total bitch move

Koschek got what deserved and I'm glad Daley hit him after the bell. Dana talks about keeping this a " real sport " but yet he allows fighters like Koschek who cheat in numerous fights by pretending to be kicked in the head and poked in the eye...

Do you not know why he did this sucker punch? his opponent faked a knee to the face, after on the replay they saw Daleys knee didnt even touch his face.
This sucker punch was hilarious and needs to happen more.
