Murdered Wife's Sis -- 'How Could You Do That?'

6/11/2010 6:28 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0528_bruce_TMZ_BN_01Bruce Beresford-Redman just got an earful from his murdered wife's sister in the hallway of court.  Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman's sister, Jeane Burgos, screamed at him, "How could you do that to my sister?"  Bruce looked away and shook his head.

Carla Burgos then screamed out, "Divine justice is gonna get you!"

Bruce and his father walked away, and Carla screamed, "Run away!  Run away!"

Bruce was in court to try to convince the judge to validate his murdered wife's 2008 will, which names Bruce as the executor and gives Bruce's parents an interest in a house Monica owned.  The remainder of the property would go to Bruce.

But here's the problem: There are no witnesses to validate Monica signed the doc.  Bruce says he signed a day before Monica did, but didn't witness her John Hancock.

Bruce did say he believes the nanny did witness Monica signing, but claims she doesn't want to cooperate with him now.  The nanny is saying she knows nothing about Monica signing a 2008 will.

Monica's sisters are challenging the validity of the 2008 will.

0611_beresford_tmz_smallThe hearing just ended and the judge has not yet ruled on the validity of the will.

It's clear Monica never even saw this do***ent. How likely is it that a wife would leave anything to her inlaws? Good grief, it's certainly NOT. It's clear this family is nasty and will do whatever it takes here. The good news IS that NO SIGNATURE=NO WILL.

He may think everything's fine now, but just wait until the Mexican authorities get a hold of him. He'll be crying like a baby - for the rest of his life in some nasty Mexican jail.

This guy has a HUGE set of balls (no pee pee, though)! First, he PLANS to murder his wife (and yes, it was planned because he took out insurance and knew the courts would be more lenient in Mexico), then he leaves Mexico after they ask him not to, next he lies to his children about what happened to their mother, now he tries to pass a FAKE will!!

The next reality television show he produces should take place in a Mexican prison with Pedro, Jose, and Emilio playing with his soap on a rope!!

While I too think he killed his wife, based on the media stories surrounding this entire thing, he is an American and as such he is innocent until proven guilty. All of you saying he's going to be rotting in a Mexican jail? Not a chance. First of all, Mexico will never gather enough evidence to get him extradited. Even if they DID, he wouldn't get convicted, and even if he did, he would petition to serve his time near his home in the US where his children can go visit him. You guys know absolutely nothing about the law so quit yapping with the "hahaha he's going to Mexican jail!!!" He isn't- at best he'll go to a US prison, and even that is extremely unlikely. If O.J. didn't get convicted, this guy is free as a bird.

Harvey says it's a waste of time to read the comments section. Anybody else agree?

The crime was committed in Mexico. How would he serve time in the United States?

Do you really think she'd want her murderer to benefit from killing her?? Of course not and that will was written before she knew he planned to kill her. Probably orchestrated it so he and his parents would benefit from her death. They can't be allowed to profit from her murder.

Damn, "Hime", it appears that you are suggesting that the United States will go out of their way to make it difficult for this dirt bag to be convicted. I am sure this country will pull all the strings necessary to make the evidence presented as not plausible. Who died and made you a legal expert on extradition and foreign law....
Really, I can go to Mexico, break the law there, and request to serve my jail sentence in the United States? I'm sure U.S. tax payers would love that!
