I really don't feel sorry for this girl at all. Until then there is nothing anyone can do for her. Hopefully she will receive some type of REAL punishment and eventually learn something and be remembered for something more than an alcoholic-druggie has been...

She should already be in jail. More celebrity treatment for a has been. The only reason lohan is considered a celebrity is because of the paparazi and her lifestyle. She's not famous for making movies anymore.

With TMZ all up Lindsays ass all the time, you guys should know whether the alert was legit or not. They need to throw you guys out of the court rooms and medical facilites, its just wrong.

She is a 23 year old person, so how many people commenting here did not go drinking when they were that age, or plan to when they hit that age?

I think she is just looking for a little attention. She is used to lots of it and it has been fading since she got the scram.

Usually when movie stars want "attention" that means a paying job in a movie, not getting drunk in public and then denying it.

LiLo is saying her SCRAM didn't go off, but if it didn't her lawyer would not be in court right now.

If people don't like Lindsay, it's probably because she lies too much and everybody knows she's lying.
