When I was her age to prove my independance, I colored my hair and cut it in an 80's style look. When did dressing like a street walker show people you are all grown up at 17? Yup...with that look you are showing your independance....and ignorance. She seems to have forgotten her YOUNG fan base. I understand she wants to break her tween mold but there are better ways to do so. I guess mommy and daddy do not want to stop her from doing what she wants because that would mean their paychecks would stop too. So sad...so very sad. I really hope Disney does drop her VERY soon!!

Honestly, you guys might think this is inappropriate for her age, and I do as well, but almost every girl her age is doing the exact same thing; she just happens to be in the public eye more.
I work with young children and teens and I see not only these skimpy outfits but even worse attitudes and mannerisms.
This is sadly, becoming the teenage norm.
We say we want to kick some sense into HER parents, but what about every other parent of a teenager?
Sure, she is under the watchful eye of every five year old girl out there, and they may want to grow up "just like her!", but even without her presence, there are girls who just take it as normality because they see it everyday. A family member, friend, advisor and many more could all be people these children get their "lessons" from.

It annoys me that she, as a chosen role model for young children, is acting this way. However, it annoys me even more that people are so arrogant they cant see its not just her.
