I wouldn't put any value in what this Russian broad says, She's obviously pushing his buttons and using him for whatever financial gain she can get. He should get full custody. She only kept calm on the tapes cause she knew she was recording him, I think she set him up to set him off before she started recording him.

well, since it has been verified a couple of times the recordings are bogus. We can't be sure that mel yelled any of it, for all we know she recorded him rehearsing. Now I am sure it is in his character to cuss....but we can't be sure what word went where so it is all bs now. Thank goodness.

Of course the other side will challenge it. Glad the judge said things stay where they are for now. Children's services will meet with them next week and watch to make sure all is ok.

I totally stand behind Mel! She is getting what she deserves! He should get custody of his daughter. She obviously seems to have her own issues to deal with. Karma baby Karma!

I think it's unfair to play tapes of a private conversation between a man and a women in a relationship to the public. First what goes on between two people in the relationship is private. We don't know what provoked Mel to get so emotional with this women who is obviously after his money. She will spare no expense to bring him to his knees. After all a women scorned. Mel Gibson has an alchohol problem and I can tell you first hand that people who drink say stupid things they will later regret. I don't believe for a second that his russian vindicative ex is a victim. She does know where the money is. I also believed Mel woke up and smelled the coffee but its a little to late. She is trying to destroy him period.

Forensic experts have analyzed the Mel Gibson tapes and have proven and confirmed that Oksana or someone close to her edited and tampered with the tapes, making
Mel Gibson innocent. Will authorities press charges against Oksana?

Hollywood Life interviewed forensic expert Arlo West, who is the CEO of Creative Forensic Services. Arlo worked on the Natalee Holloway case and is considered an expert in his field.

Arlo says that the tapes are too clean and too professional sounding, which made him use computers and special equipment to figure out if the tapes were cut and pasted or if it was an actual recording. He has been able to confirm that Oksana's voice on the tapes are a voice over.

He further states that the tapes were made for distribution using digital recorders and equipment and that the tape was not made with a standard tape recorder. He suspects that Oksana had at least one other person help her with the editing to entrap Mel Gibson.

He has been able to prove that the recordings have been edited to remove as well as add words and phrases and switch words around to make it sound like Mel said certain things, when he did not.

The edits that Arlo discovered were done post-recording, and he says that what she has done is called tampering.

He used waveform analysis and zero crossing analysis. He says that there are several gaps and edits throughout the tapes and that they are digital recordings... no tape was used in the original. The digital recordings were massively edited and then transferred over to a tape to give the impression that Mel was recorded saying certain things.

There is no word on whether Oksana will be criminally charged with tampering as well as other things. She deliberately tried to ruin Mel Gibson in his career, finances, and family. If he
had been found guilty, she would have succeeded at sending him behind bars, getting his fortune for her "suffering," as well as destroying the relationship with his children, friends, and colleages. His agency had already dropped him because of these fake tapes and she had tried to extort money from Mel to keep the tapes a secret. He could have gone to jail or prison for assault with a deadly weapon and could have lost custody of Lucia, the baby girl he shares with Oksana.

"Sweetheart" very good post. The tapes are definitely so clearly falsified. Notice how she even has Mel repeating the same things over and over again. It's so obvious these tapes have been completely modified to make Mel Gibson look like a wife beating monster. This Oksana creep, is just simply looking to hit it big like Tiger's wife. She will end up in jail for extortion attempt.
