That is correct. Snipes can handle himself quite fine.
Additionally, he would not be put into a prison population where his safety would be at risk.

Now that he is in trouble he wants to surround himself with black people and say that they treated him unfairly because he is black.
But not to long ago he wanted to be asian or white and would not do a movie with a black person. Blade should have had more black chara it is urban but snipes does not want a black leading lady, that's why the others failed.
He also received the proper sentence because he did not just not pay taxes he got incredible refunds.

If I was Wesley Snipes I would use democratic politicans and democrats in the White House as a good example why he shouldn't pay taxes. Today another democrat, John Kerry was caught putting his yacht in another state to avoid taxes, Rangel never paid his taxes on a lot of things then there's the guy in charge of taxes, he never paid his taxes either and the list goes on and on , so why are all these democrats getting away with avoiding paying taxes while we're thrown in jail if we don't give our pay checks to them to waste every pay day ? But the media hasn't been covering all the democrats who didn't pay their taxes so most Americans haven't a clue how many tax cheats there are on Capital Hill! If democrats can get by with it then so should Wesley Snipes, He should use them as examples why he hasn't paid !

I'm a huge Wesley fan and can't wait for some more films from him although I know I'll have to. He's sent to prison when there's companies in the US that are preying on vulnerable people over here in the Uk asking for money to pay for a large money prize, I've had loads and reported them yet he's hurt no one except the government maybe, hurry back Wesley we miss you.

Wesley Snipes we will look forward to seeing in your new films when you come out. The FEDs are a dirty bunch, and do not mind putting years on you. Tell the producers and production companies that we are waiting on more of your action movies
