It still amazes me how they get rid of the best cast members (including Horatio), Rachel Dratch, Maya Rudolph, Chris Parnell, Tim Meadows, Kevin Nealon, Chris Kattan and so many other REALLY funny people and we are now left with ENDLESS UNFUNNY skits of MAGRUBER! May have been amusing the first couple of times but COME ON!!!!!!!! ENOUGH! There are SO many funny things in this world that could be turned into great skits and they keep doing the same SH#T over and over. And Kristin Wig is SO overused. Same Character all the time. Also forgot to mention Ellen Cleghorne. MISS her! Stopped watching months ago and everytime I check in to see if it has changed for the better, there it is......Magruber. Ugh.

why didnt he ever play a funny mexican charachter on the show? I mean they're getting so PC, its missing out on the obvious humor that is available. He should have played an illegal and built skits around him getting over on things legal folks all have to pay for. Now that would have been funny...instead they tried to pass him off as the fat kid, the italian guy, the mid east guy..he should have played the part he was born to play---a mexican in the united states. Imagine the hilarity they could have had.
or were they afraid he'd go the way of the other two fat guys they've had before; Belushi and Farley...two self indulgent frauds enabled by and made co dependent to Lorne Michaels. The stories of Lorne and the Coke at the Cast parties are legendary.
Good thing Horatio got out before Lorne and his crew got hold of him.

He appeared on 30 Rock months ago looking skinny and in shape. I guess this is his first big public appearance.

Wow! I'm impressed. More people should follow his example, like that guy in 'Lost'. People that are bigger are often seen as funnier, because they're willing to make azzes of themselves to cover up the fact that they are overweight, but in reality they're usually quite sad. Congrats to him. All he has to do now is maintain it. Great to be in control.
