It's been 15 years since Montell Jordan dropped "This Is How We Do It" -- but last night the 6'8" rapper surfaced in Vegas last night ... sans hair ... to break out his old classic. 
Our friends at SpyOnVegas.com snapped 41-year-old Jordan during his performance at Tryst nightclub at the Wynn Hotel ... where even Paris Hilton took in the show.

This man has had atleast & albums out that went gold or platinum! Plus he has wrote songs for some of the biggest records in the 90"s as well!! Once again, do ur history before u open ur mouths!! montell jordan is awsome and he's song in alot of good songs like falling , lets ride , #1 hit this is how we do it ,and many more so if u dont like montell jordan or dont know him dont even leave a comment and tmz IS ALLWAYS trippin who cares if he's bald he handsome tall and has a wonderful voice that any r&b male singer would want old school is better anyways
