Maybe you can answer this for me. Why in the world would she say "Everything I am, you own me with my liver and my kidneys and my thoughts and my soul everything!"??? That line makes absolutely no sense to me at all. No one I know references someone owning them by saying their kidneys and liver. Sorry that's just really odd, just wondering if it means something in russia.

TMZ reported the same thing that ROL did about the woman hearing some of Mel screaming so they are not slanting and you certainly don't have a problem when they USUALLY slant in favor of Mel!

To all of you- You have absolutely NO idea if Oksana is lying about anything because you were not there! You are just assuming and speculating that she is lying when you have no proof that she is. However, there is a lot of proof that Mel punched her and threatened her life which you can find on Radar. I am sure that if there was a videotape of Mel punching her while she is holding the baby you would all say there is nothing wrong with it just like Abe which is horrible. I wonder how much Mel is paying all of you to post on his behalf. I hope Mel's mean campaign comes back to bite him.

Doctored tapes (with the originals supposedly "destroyed" by her sister) pics of missing veneer (with a pre-Mel nose), the black eye that wasn't and baby pimple are not proof.

And what is it with the anti-Mels fascination with the thought of posters getting paid? Makes me believe that most of the posters must be Ok$sana herself...

I’m sorry, but I don’t buy it. I’ve been present at the deposition of a dying man who had only a few months to live but made the effort to come in with a wheelchair and a nurse to have his video depo taken in the presence of a court reporter. The deposition could have also been taken by the side of his hospital bed and if THAT didn’t work, a signed affidavit, the language written to his specifications, then notarized, would have worked too. There are all kinds of provisions which can be made to memorialize the testimony of a dying person if the testimony is real and if they wish to leave their testimony among the living.

The dying baby sitter who left no testimony behind is just waaaaaay to convenient for Oksana. It once again casts public aspersions on Mel without having any basis in facts which can be proven in court. I don't buy it.

Once again I will take the time to explain this to you. We are not being paid although I'm sure Oksana's people like to believe that. When all else fails throw that out there. LOL We are people that can see through the bs. The tapes are incomplete and edited. Her pictures of abuse were laughable at best. They show her teeth and face before she was operated on (plastic surgery)other pictures have shown the proof of that. She has that dark vein on the side of her head which she covers with her bangs as also shown by other pictures. The abuse she claimed happened to the baby clearly looked like a baby pimple. She's proven she's a liar by all of the disgusting things she's made up, for example the harvey from TMZ story which the police, let me repeat that THE POLICE said was false.
This is clearly a smear campaign and that is why we are sticking up for MEL!! She's all about the money and is proving so more and more each day, although she claims she's not. Read what she's said and it comes through loud and clear.

I agree Vyktorya. If the babysitter really wanted to say anything she would have done so come hell or high water. Another lie from Oksana! She tried to pull the babysitter in on it and obviously the babysitter wasn't having it.

Of course none of you mention that it was horrible of Mel to threaten to deport a woman who was dying of cancer and call her a wetback and a c**t which he did on those tapes!

What part of THE TAPES WERE EDITED/SPLICED/TAMPERED WITH did you not understand????
