Sofia Vergara took a break this morning from nursing her boyfriend Nick Loeb back to health after his nasty car accident.
Sofia was spotted driving out of the L.A. area hospital where Nick's recovering from a broken leg ... and pelvis, according to Sofia's Twitter.
She may not be a trained physician, but the sight of Sofia at his bedside should inspire Nick to heal a helluva lot quicker than anything modern medicine has to offer.

No, I am not retarded and seriously I never heard of her so there for the question arose "Who is this?" This person is not relevant in my world of entertainment or I'd have heard of her. I don't come here to be taunted by other posters nor do I taunt them but David, play nice or don't play at all. Now who's ready to boycott a faked sex tape, anyone?
