The chick you're looking at is MTV reality star Erica "Rikki" Mongeon -- who's finally showing off the results from the extreme brain surgeries that saved her life after a horrific car crash back in March.
Rikki -- who starred on the show "A Double Shot at Love" with her sister Vikki -- experienced some dangerous swelling in her brain due to the injuries she sustained from the crash ... so doctors decided to remove 2 sections of her skull.
According to Vikki, Rikki's skull was reassembled on June 24 -- her last surgery to date -- a couple weeks after we caught the twins out in L.A. ... where Rikki modeled her brain-protecting helmet (see video).
Rikki's head is back in one piece -- but her sis adds, "Rikki still has trouble with fine motor skills in her left hand and some of her facial expressions. She also has frontal lobe syndrome which messes up her memory." 
Still, Vikki tells us her sister is stayin' positive about everything ... and as you can tell by the pics, she's continued to smile throughout the entire ordeal.

I watched a few episodes of their reality show and had absolutely no respect for these girls, to be honest. But after watching that video and seeing those pictures, your heart can't help but break for that girl. However, I'm glad she is recovering well and she looks great!
