Why do you think she and Spencer were REALLY down in Costa Rica? Since her plastic surgeon died recently, she went down to South America for CHEAP PLASTIC SURGERY. IE: SHE HAD HER NOSE REDONE. How can you people not realize this? PS - Anyone who thinks this photo/situation was an accident is a complete and utter moron. By the way, people give them a hard time because their 'fame' WHORES.
