AEG is finally lashing back at Katherine Jackson's lawsuit over the death of her son Michael Jackson -- claiming it had nothing to do with the hiring or supervision of Dr. Conrad Murray.
In a statement released through AEG's lawyers -- the company calls Katherine's lawsuit "inaccurate, unsubstantiated and meritless" and then goes on to explain its relationship with Dr. Murray.
The statement continues ... "Dr. Murray was Mr. Jackson's longtime personal physician. AEG did not choose him, hire him or supervise him. That said, and in honor of our professional relationship with Mr. Jackson and his Estate, we will have no further public statements."
It is true that Michael handpicked Dr. Murray -- but Katherine claims that AEG was negligent because they didn't check Murray's credentials. Katherine also claims AEG pushed Michael way too hard during rehearsals.

Sure, everyone is at fault besides the junkie MJ. Perhaps his family should sue each other , after all none of them did anything about his addiction (to boys or drugs). This is a money laundering scam. The money she is using to pay for the lawyer fee to sue AEG is given to her husband Joe by the lawyers. The lawyers are not really being paid but instead they are giving the money back to the jacksons. This is MJ and MJs kids money and this is how the Joe Jackson family gets it.
MJ did it to himself. It's called personal resposibilty. Quit making excuses for drug addicts.

I agree with Katherine they should have checked Dr. Murrays background before he began to work for Michael and why is Dr. Murray trying to put the blame on Arnie Klein? Murray was the last one with our beloved MJ before he passed away. I hope Murray gets more than 4 years for what he did.
