how on earth is she still allowed to leave the country after being charged in a court of law?
I guess the system in the usa allows there crims to go overseas as long as crims from overseas dont come into this country,
japan can do without this crimminal....

My thoughts exactly. I guess only laymen aren't allowed to travel when convicted of something.

Here's another one with no consequences for their actions. How long before she gets caught red handed, once again.

You guys are talking like you have quite a bit of experience with drugs and the legal system. Stop speaking in generalities and include some examples of recent court cases where people are in jail longer for doing the exact same thing. She doesnt spend long in jail because she is able to immediately bail herself out upon being arrested and then hire a lawyer to negotiate a plea deal. It happens everyday. An African American person has the same opportunity. People who cant afford bail have to stay in jail regardless of their color. I am not excusing it, but She had a very small amount of drugs (and yes, size matters), doesnt have a violent history, and poses no threat to the public(other than perhaps to herself). If you put everyone in jail for a nickle size amount of drugs we would have entire cities on lockdown. Furthermore, anybody is allowed to leave while on probation with permission. I dont understand the outrage.

There are no restrictions on her probation. She can run her businesses. She can also party. She just can't get arrested again.
So what are people getting worked up about?

One of the most insipid young women in the history of Hollywood........I am embarassed to even make a comment as my Dad was a top producer and director. Paris, you offer no worth to the industry........You have no talent and your looks could never compare to the beauties of today or yesterday. In fact, you have insulted the top icons in this industry.........You are pathetic Paris! You are not a beauty! Far from it. If you had a shred of talent this could be over looked yet you offer nothing. The Ditz of the Hilton Clan.......An embarassment to all. Peter
